Refund Policy

DoseSync does not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds. Refunds are available only in the specific cases set out below:

• Your statutory consumer rights, including the EU/EEA/UK 14-day right of withdrawal (§2)
• A launch delay beyond our stated date, or cancellation of the project (§3)
• Apple's App Store refund process after you redeem your activation code (§4)

For any refund request, email refunds@dosesync.app from the email address used at checkout, including your payment confirmation number.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway), or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your contract within 14 calendar days of payment, without giving any reason.

This 14-day right is a statutory minimum and applies regardless of any other term on this page.

To exercise this right, email refunds@dosesync.app stating clearly your decision to withdraw, the email used at checkout, and the date of payment. You may use the model withdrawal form in §6 below.

We will refund 100% of your deposit within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method as the original transaction. No fee is deducted.

Our launch target is August 4, 2026. If launch is delayed beyond December 31, 2026 for any reason, you may request a full refund of your deposit by emailing refunds@dosesync.app.

If the DoseSync project is cancelled prior to launch, 100% of all outstanding deposits will be refunded automatically within 14 business days, using the original payment method. No action required from you.

Once we deliver your Apple App Store activation code and you redeem it, your Lifetime entitlement is granted by Apple via their standard redemption flow.

After redemption, refund requests are governed by Apple's App Store refund policy, not ours, because the entitlement is held in your Apple account, not in our system.

To request a refund after redemption, visit: reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple-managed).

We have no ability to override Apple's refund decision once a code has been redeemed. If you redeem and Apple denies refund, we cannot independently refund your Stripe deposit, because the entitlement was already delivered.

Recommendation: if you are unsure about DoseSync and you hold a statutory withdrawal right (§2), exercise it before redeeming your Apple code, since Apple governs refunds once a code is redeemed.

Nothing in this policy restricts or limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, including but not limited to:

• EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights
• UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
• Applicable U.S. state consumer-protection laws

If our policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.

This policy applies to deposits placed at dosesync.app between April 29, 2026 and the official launch date. Updates to this policy take effect from the date posted at the top of this page; changes do not retroactively reduce your rights for deposits already placed.
