Refund Policy

You may request a full refund of your DoseSync Lifetime deposit within 30 calendar days of payment, for any reason or no reason at all.

To request a refund, email refunds@dosesync.app from the email address used at Stripe checkout. Please include:

• The email address used at checkout
• The Stripe confirmation number from your purchase email
• (Optional) The reason for your refund — feedback helps us improve, but is not required

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receipt and credit your original payment method. Banking processing may add 2–10 additional business days depending on your card issuer.

The 30-day window starts on the date of your Stripe payment, not on the date of app activation. If our launch is delayed, your 30-day window does not restart — but a separate launch-delay refund right applies (see §3 below).

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway), or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your contract within 14 calendar days of payment, without giving any reason.

This 14-day right is a statutory minimum and applies in addition to (not instead of) our voluntary 30-day policy.

To exercise this right, email refunds@dosesync.app stating clearly your decision to withdraw, the email used at checkout, and the date of payment. You may use the model withdrawal form in §6 below.

We will refund 100% of your deposit within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method as the original transaction. No fee is deducted.

Our launch target is August 4, 2026. If launch is delayed beyond December 31, 2026 for any reason, you may request a full refund of your deposit by emailing refunds@dosesync.app — the 30-day window in §1 does not apply to launch-delay refunds.

If the DoseSync project is cancelled prior to launch, 100% of all outstanding deposits will be refunded automatically within 14 business days, using the original payment method. No action required from you.

Once we deliver your Apple App Store activation code and you redeem it, your Lifetime entitlement is granted by Apple via their standard redemption flow.

After redemption, refund requests are governed by Apple's App Store refund policy, not ours, because the entitlement is held in your Apple account, not in our system.

To request a refund after redemption, visit: reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple-managed).

We have no ability to override Apple's refund decision once a code has been redeemed. If you redeem and Apple denies refund, we cannot independently refund your Stripe deposit, because the entitlement was already delivered.

Recommendation: if you are unsure about DoseSync, request your Stripe refund per §1 before redeeming your Apple code.

You may use this form to exercise your statutory withdrawal right. Use of this form is not mandatory — a clear written statement is sufficient.

Nothing in this policy restricts or limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, including but not limited to:

• EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights
• UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
• Applicable U.S. state consumer-protection laws

If our policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.

This policy applies to deposits placed at dosesync.app between April 29, 2026 and the official launch date. Updates to this policy take effect from the date posted at the top of this page; changes do not retroactively reduce your rights for deposits already placed.
